A plot of land in the Flowery field area of Hyde. The site was purchased off market with planning in place for 2 x 1 bedroom bungalows, however realising the opportunity to increase the density we have gone back into planning for 5 x 4 bed townhouses.

Once planning is approved we intend to build out the scheme using development finance.
